Frequently asked questions

Your cover will start 30 days after your payment has been processed.

Your contract will be for a minimum term of 12 months.

You have one free callout included in your plan per year. Further callouts will be chargeable at our standard rates.

During working hours our response time are within 24 hours in most cases. Outside of working hours this may vary.
